Chipotle-lime glazed shrimp
Hoisin-ginger glazed shrimp
(If the dish doesn't have a carb inherent in it, I'll serve it with fresh bakery bread. Regardless of which gets picked, I'll make some kind of appropriate vegetable component or side dish [I have fresh carrots, frozen sweet peas, frozen corn, frozen spinach, fresh tomatoes]. If you have any ideas as to what to do with those, though, I'm all ears!)
