I have won my first fiction contest! ...Of course, it's a twitterfic contest, so the winning story was under 140 characters long, but still. ;)

The contest results are here, but here was the twitterfic of mine that got honorable mention:

Jana-5 rolled out of the ship, grease-streaked, and shook her wrench. "Break this lovely ship once more, boy, and regret it."

And here's the one that won (one of two winners):

The Geek Girls all raised their silver eyes to the rocketjockeys sailing overhead, but it was Auricle who pointed. "That one."
