snow snow snow

Woke up to this outside the window:

When I lived in Idaho I haaaaaaaaaaated snow, but somehow the rarity of it in Seattle (we can go years between snowfalls) makes it much more pleasant.

My first thought was that it was a flock of white cockatoos in your tree. I blame the hints of red, and not the fact that I live in a place where snow is exceptionally rare, and come from a place where it is non-existent.

We do get flurries that don't stick once or twice a year, but we didn't have any snow that stuck last year at all. Seems to be an every other year thing, ish.
