So, the boy and I are going on a short but hopefully awesome trip to New Orleans!
We know we're going to a) eat a lot of awesome food, and b) go on a cemetery tour. Apart from that, our plans are still pretty fuzzy.
So! For those of you who are familiar with NO, what do you recommend? What should we not miss? What's SUPER AWESOME to see? I would love to hear!

Riverboat tour.
The French Quarter, of course! I'm trying to remember if it's Two Sisters or Three Sisters that we had that incredible dinner at, but it was...wow.
Gumbo pretty much anywhere. Po'boys. Dirty rice. Jambalaya.
Walk down through the mansions of the Garden District.
Ghost/voodoo tour, just for fun and if your nerves can stand it.
NO is one of my favorite cities in the world.

Gotta get an $8 giant frozen margarita and refill it every chance you get.
The interesting cemetary (forget what it was called, it's a touristy thing) had a tour guide who told some interesting stories.
Can't remember anything else, except oh yeah, it looks cool by the river! Which would probably disintegrate you if you fell in I bet. =P
