searching for music

I'm currently on the lookout for good music for writing -- which is to say, either instrumental, or with lyrics in languages I don't understand. (Anything other than English. Even the other languages I know, I don't know well enough to comprehend while sung.)

So! Recommend me something, or several somethings. Movie scores are good, video game scores are good (as long as they're not too, uh, midi-tastic, if you take my meaning), various kinds of world music are good, 'old' music (like chant or the things the Mediaeval Baebes do) is good. I'm not so much looking for foreign-language pop music, but if you really like it, hey, I'll give it a try. What's your favorite instrumental/non-English-lyric music?

You could try Bill Evans or Dave Brubeck. And Kind of Blue is a jazz classic that shouldn't get in the way of your writing.
