We have decided to go with Alys and Cordelia as kitten names; thanks to gwyneira for that suggestion. (The deadline for deciding was today, since we wanted something to tell the vet.) Alys is the sociable one, and Cordelia is the adventurous one. (Of course, as we have had them all of two days, their personalities might wind up being completely different in the long run... but really, they could have far worse models! Also, cats seem like natural Vor lords to me.)

They are both in good health -- Alys has a bit of an ear infection (nearly gone, though we need to give her drops for it for about a week to make sure), and they both have colds, but the colds should pass on their own.

(no subject)

Cordelia's cold is getting worse. She was the only one of the two of them to have a (mild) fever at the vet's this morning, and now she's coughing. We're going in to get antibiotics for her tomorrow, but good thoughts for my kitty, okay? She's so little.

(Alys seems to be fine. Sniffly, still, but no scary coughing.)
