Cordelia's cold is getting worse. She was the only one of the two of them to have a (mild) fever at the vet's this morning, and now she's coughing. We're going in to get antibiotics for her tomorrow, but good thoughts for my kitty, okay? She's so little.

(Alys seems to be fine. Sniffly, still, but no scary coughing.)

When I first got my cat, she came down with a viral respiratory infection two weeks later. Is she going to the vet's to get the antibiotics, or are you picking them up as an outcome of today's appointment? If she originally wasn't supposed to be going, I'd suggest taking her anyway; the speed with which Mishka's fever spiked was pretty astounding. (And yes, it should be fine to wait until tomorrow to take her.) With her, there was no gradual climb; she went from fine one day to scary wheezing that night to hospitalized the next morning.

Good thoughts sent! It's possible that she just got the cold a little later than Alys, and will soon follow Alys' tracks. Likely, even :-) Not that I'm a vet. Or a doctor. Or anything relevant. But I bet she'll be fine in no time :-)
