Oh yeah, I was wondering if you've read Soulless by Gail Carriger. (I'm not entirely sure if I got this recommendation from you.) Anyway, if you haven't read it, I highly recommend it. It's a bit like a Jane Austen gaslamps fantasy. The second book, Changeless, is just as engrossing as the first, which I find unusual for a series.
