Well, I screwed something up in making the matzoh ball soup, though I'm not sure what. At any rate, during cooking, the matzoh balls completely fell apart -- not just partially; they totally disintegrated. Now it's sort of... chicken soup thickened with matzoh roux.
Hopefully it will still be tasty, as I don't have the time or energy to make anything else!
EDIT: Upon consideration, when I reduced the recipe by half, I may have accidentally reduced the number of eggs to 1/4, which means there might not've been enough egg white to keep it together. Oh well. We're having it with a nice Riesling, which makes everything better!
