I've been having trouble with the Firefox extension Greasemonkey lately.
I have a few scripts that I like -- that run on different websites, so I know this isn't a site-specific problem. A few months ago, they all stopped working at once. Ergh.
Yesterday, I decided to spend some time figuring out what's wrong. I thought: perhaps there was a conflict with another add-on? So like the good little tech person I am, I disabled all the other add-ons. This made Greasemonkey work again! *waves little flag* So I began to re-enable one at a time, checking to ensure that Greasemonkey was still working. It was! Hooray!
I finished up working on the desktop, locked the computer (didn't shut down, didn't close Firefox) and came back to it today. And....
Greasemonkey no longer works.
I didn't even reboot Firefox!
Argh.
