I don't know if it was a coincidence or not, but jmpava sent me that link earlier, and right when i opened the page something tried to install a trojan on my system, using the pdf exploit i think (apparently it works with acrobat 6 even though adobe only has updates for versions 7 and higher =P)
Luckily SpyBot caught it, but you might want to run a virus check yourself just to be safe :)
Um... for what it's worth, I saw nothing of the sort. Granted, I have adblock running and I also have foxit instead of acrobat on this machine. Even still... I mean, 1up.com is pretty reputable...
Well yes, if you have adblock it probably won't be a problem for you. And it has nothing to do with reputation of the site in question, the pdf exploit is pretty nasty stuff.
