You know, I'm actually reasonably happy with iTunes these days... but the one thing I wish it had is global hotkeys, as Winamp does. It's a pain in the butt to have to tab over to iTunes to pause, or to keep the miniplayer on top all the time to prevent that. And the multimedia function keys on my laptop only work when iTunes is in focus, too.

(If it does permit global hotkeys -- on Vista x64, that is -- or if you know a way around the multimedia key limitation, please do let me know!)
