coraaToday for dinner I had a wonderfully light, filling, comforting meal of congee, seasoned with sesame oil and soy sauce, and topped with an over-easy fried egg. Yum. I only wish I had green onions to top it with.
Tomorrow's dinner is going to be something heartier and meatier, though, I think. But I'm not sure what. So I'll open the poll early. ;)
