It may not be haute cuisine, but mashing Laughing Cow creamy swiss wedges into mashed potatoes makes them taste delicious. I'm adding that to my regular repertoire.

(Dinner: ribeye steak, sous vided and finished in a pan with butter, plus a white wine pan sauce; garlic-cheese mashed potatoes. Sometimes I'm just in the moood for meat'n'potatoes.)

I recently discovered Laughing Cow wedges. I am convinced that the recipe includes cocaine.

Yes, yes, yes. I am totally hooked on them! I couldn't even tell you why, but I am.

They are super tasty on croissants with strawberry jelly, too. And with bagels and lox instead of cream cheese. Mmm. Laughing cow.

Oh, nom. That sounds delicious.

I grew up with them: Laughing Cow and crackers was a common after-school snack. Love!
