coraaThanks to an auction win, I now have a bergamot orange. I'm trying to figure out the best way to make use of this bounty.
Right now, I'm thinking slice it thinly and use it to make an infusion in a quart of good neutral-tasting vodka (note to self: need to go to liquor store), but if any of you have other ideas, I'm all ears.
