Ask LJ!: Big Band Music

coraaOnce again, I fling myself on the mercy of LJ. Help a granddaughter out. :D
I'm looking to buy a present for my grandparents, who are notoriously hard to shop for. My mom pointed out that they now have a CD player (after many years of holding out!), and so it would be cool to get them some CDs of music they like. What kind of music do they like? Big band.
Now, I know exactly nothing about big band music. I can, of course, pop that into Amazon and trust it to come up with something good, but if any of you have suggestions, I would be so grateful. (For reference, my grandparents are in their 80s; they were in high school in the 1940s, married by the 50s. They live in California and have all their lives. I don't know much else regarding their musical tastes.)
Any ideas? If not, I'll let The Magic of Amazon Search guide my steps, but I figure it's worth a shot. :D
