Carrot tops are edible, and taste mostly just like parsley, but a little bit like, well... carrots.

Think I'm going to put some in my tabouleh tonight!

(The risotto I made a few days ago used the tops of my beets. It's fortunate that I like greens, because I'm getting an extra bonus of them from buying veg whole.)

I don't think I've ever eaten anything alive, but I'm not 100% sure, as I don't know the status of the raw oysters at the Salmon House.
