When the temperature drops enough that I no longer want to die (seriously, Seattle? seriously?), and I can contemplate turning the oven on without shrieking in pain, I want to make these molten chocolate cakes.

I know. I don't even like running the dishwasher or dryer for the slight heat they exude. And even on the weekend, I did my cooking in the morning before it got too hot.

Have you ever done the Absolutely Evil Version that you microwave in a coffee mug and it takes 5 minutes?

I've done those cakes. Mmmmm nom nom nom. Never mind the whipped cream. Ice cream for me--Breyers Mint Chocolate Chip for choice.
