Argh! I had my final Sirens post all written up, and out of clumsiness I lost most of it. Well, I'll try to reconstruct it before I go to sleep.

Anyway, this is to say that I've pre-registered for Sirens 2010, and I'm very much looking forward to it!

Also, I'm doing NaNoWriMo again this year, but in a different way -- it'll be 50,000 new words of something, but not of a single new novel. I've got several scenes/sections that I need to add to the pigeon book, plus a couple of short stories, and a couple of other things I'm noodling around on. (Don't worry, I won't post wordcount every day.) Good luck to everyone else who's participating!

Also, the illness seems to have mostly run its course. *fingers crossed*

I am told that if you use Firefox as your browser, there is a good add-on useful for written-but-accidentally-deleted entries, called "Lazarus Firefox".
