Aug. 20th, 2009 09:28 pmToday for dinner I had a wonderfully light, filling, comforting meal of congee, seasoned with sesame oil and soy sauce, and topped with an over-easy fried egg. Yum. I only wish I had green onions to top it with.
Tomorrow's dinner is going to be something heartier and meatier, though, I think. But I'm not sure what. So I'll open the poll early. ;)

Date: 2009-08-21 08:32 pm (UTC)The silly thing is, we still buy them from the store when we need to use them because for some reason we forget that we have them growing. Also, mine are pretty thick. Some are maybe an inch in diameter.
