Dear body,

You are currently getting very good at sleeping for a solid 6-7 hours through the night! That's excellent! It's a tremendous improvement!

However, it would be nice if those 5-7 hours were not between 2:30 and 9:30 AM.

Can we try for more like... 12:30AM to 8:00AM? Plz?
